We recognise that all settings are different, so we work with you to identify realistic and economical targets unique to your setting.

Consultancy Visits

Change does not necessarily need to be expensive and where possible our plans aim to utilise your existing resources and to remain within your budget.

A consultancy visit involves visiting your setting, observing practice and identifying areas for development. Feedback is given during the visit and is followed up with a comprehensive written report including targets, activity ideas and signposting to external resources where appropriate.

Training

We appreciate that getting your team together for training can be challenging. At Abacus we come to your setting at a time that works for you.  We provide full day, half day and evening bespoke packages.
